The Fraser Health Toxic Drug Response and Priority Populations (TDRPP) Harm Reduction team has established a Harm Reduction Online for ordering and receiving, for personal use, including Take Home Naloxone, fentanyl screening strip kits and safer sex supplies.
The website: www.harmreductiononline.ca is a FREE mail-order website that collects your personal information to order and receive supplies noted above via Canada Post.
MTS Logistics, a contracted service provider with Fraser Health, manages the website and fulfills the ordering and mailing services for customers.
The products available for ordering on this site are meant for personal use and are not meant for resale.
It is the responsibility of the person ordering the supplies to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to correctly use Take Home Naloxone and fentanyl screening strips and safer sex supplies. If an individual does not know how to use the equipment, it is their responsibility to seek out this knowledge using the resources provided within this website and/or other online or in-person resources.

This personal information, if chosen to be stored, will be held by MTS Logistics for the duration of the service or until the customer closes their account.
Who will have access to the personal information?
Aggregate data is a collection of non-personal, non-identifying information used to summarize into a data report. Aggregate data will be used and disclosed to Fraser Health and BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) for reporting and program evaluation. An example of aggregate data that may be shared might be the product type ordered most from a particular community.
The aggregate information collected will be used by Fraser Health Toxic Drug Response and Priority Populations Harm Reduction Lead. The aggregate data will be used for reporting and program evaluation purposes. At no point in time will aggregate information be disclosed for another purpose other than for this program evaluation if required.
Where will the personal information be stored?
Your information, should you choose to open a customer account and store it for ease of future orders, (and not check out as a guest) will be retained by MTS Logistics for the duration of program or until the customer closes their account. This information will be stored on the MTS Logistics server located in Burnaby, BC Canada and will be protected by MTS Logistics in compliance with their data protection policy. Fraser Health Toxic Drug Response and Priority Populations Harm Reduction team will use the aggregate data to inform project improvements and the information will be stored securely on the MTS Logistics server. The aggregate data will be sent to Fraser Health and securely stored on the Network Drive which will have limited access.
